Design how you see yourself

before the world ever does

The Real Reason You Don’t Feel Stylish

(Hint: It’s not your wardrobe)

Before you ever try on a new outfit or schedule a closet clean-out, ask yourself one thing:

Do you even feel good looking in the mirror?

Style starts with confidence—not clothes.
And confidence? That starts with honesty.

Why Inner Image Design (IID) Matters

There’s this concept in psychology called the id—it’s the part of us that holds our raw instincts and desires, the stuff we often don’t say out loud. And honestly, that’s where so many of our beliefs about ourselves live too. How we see ourselves, how we dress, what we avoid in the mirror—it all starts with stories we didn’t even realize we picked up.

Inner Image Design, or IID, is about bringing that stuff to the surface—so you can stop letting old narratives run the show. When you’re not in control of how you see yourself, someone else’s voice is. IID gives you a chance to rewrite the way you see your reflection, on your own terms. It’s your self-image, and it deserves to be designed with intention—not leftover shame or outdated rules.

The Quiet Killer of Confidence

For years, I’ve spoken to stylists who all say the same thing: their biggest hurdle isn’t colors or cuts—it’s confidence. It's the silent stuff:

  • The ex who said your thighs were “too big.”

  • The aunt who joked about your “tomboy phase.”

  • The weight gain, the weight loss, the baby, the bullying, the burnout.

Create Your Inner Image Design

No one talks about how that baggage shows up in our closets. But it does.
And that’s where I come in.

I don’t want to be your therapist. But I do want to help you unlock your Inner Image Design—what I call the small, meaningful details that make you feel like you.
It could be a bold lipstick. The way you part your hair. Your go-to boots.
It’s not about trends—it’s about truth.

This is Step One:

Recognize the stories you’ve been told—and choose to rewrite them.
Because once you love what you see, everything else falls into place.

Coming soon: in-person talks and workshops to help you define your IID and dress with confidence.
